How the Imposter Syndrome course works

"I am not ready yet...", "I was just lucky, I do not deserve this...", "Other people are smarter than me..." these and many other similar thoughts run through the mind experiencing what psychologists call "imposter syndrome".

According to different studies 65-75% professionals are or were struggling with imposter syndrome, negatively impacting their work performance and mental health.

Most of these people live with imposter syndrome on a daily basis. So what are these thoughts and where do they come from? And one more important question, why do we choose to have them?

In this course you will...

  • Learn what imposter syndrome is and what modern psychology knows about it
  • Connect to and reflect on your personal IS story
  • Gain tools that will help you embrace this story and overcome imposter syndrome step-by-step
  • Recognize how IS is impacting your communication in the professional world and learn how to step into your power

How will a coach help you with imposter syndrome and self-confidence?

  • A coach can help you experience what it looks like and feels like when you are confident, even if you think you have never experienced it.

A coach can also help you identify what has been stopping you and bring you to a powerful state from which you can look at your situation from another angle. What are your superpowers? What can you do already? Who are you? What do you believe in, and what is important for you when you are already confident?

Most importantly, you will be leaving with hope, having experienced what it feels like to be confident and with practical things you can do daily to cultivate your new confident self.
