Lubos has spent 11 years in advertising where he has worked with leading brands in the industry. He was involved in the creative process of shooting commercials and collaborating with others focusing on strategy and communication. He became a creative director where he got to develop a unifying vision and combine talents, leading advertising campaigns. He realised that in agencies he rarely got to create a brand from scratch and be involved in the whole process, so he decided co start his own company - he co-founded a cryptocurrency startup and now he is working on a start up in healthcare of elderly. He can help entrepreneurs starting with their start up in early stages - business model, USP, brand building, communication, research, getting the product amongst paying customers. He is a go-getter with a strong attitude and would like his mentee to be driven and open-minded.
