Markéta Černá

I have started my carrier in 1997 as a Recruiting Manager and I dedicated my whole professional life to people in companies. During these years I worked as HR Director in different companies, Business Consultant at EY and in last years I run project Feel Good Company that provides mature Leadership consultancy and trainings, healthy corporate culture implementation and job wellbeing workshops for employees and management.
My vision is to support companies to grow together with their people and to enhance quality of life and health of people at work.

My passion is to combine corporate topics and people agenda with personal development and psychology.
