Led an amazing team of 80 people for 6 years, now it's time to move on, find new challenges, use the best experiences I've gained so far.

- Marketing passion - every product or service starts, grows and lasts with marketing, I can offer full stack experience creating product from scratch, through whole development process to going to market strategies and implementation, driven by data at the first place and business gut in the background. I love futuristic visions and synthetic thinking the most.

- Investors/stakeholders relations - throughout my whole career is the communication with owners and stakeholders the most interesting challenge and experience. Ensuring the management and whole companies are appropriately and strategically positioned with investors, analysts and all stakeholders is crucial for its long term growth in healthy environment.

- PR - in the field of Public Relation there is only one reputation. Being honest, upfront and always sticking to my values was always the key of solid representing of my investors and our brand. Also keeping up to date on the competition, latest market trends, team current development, technologies, and most of all, customer desires is the most crucial substance of high quality public relations. Skills for adapting to current situations, attention to detailed knowledge of the product and processes, instant monitoring and out of the box mindset works for me the most.

- Global Business Development - this skill can't be learned it must be experienced and I had the chance to travel the world, knitting my business net in large scale of fields and expertise. From a stage-fright years ago and a shot needed before my first public speech to gaining confidence in improvisation and public mind reading. A hundred tries - that is the only way to start enjoying it.

- Leadership - lead how you would like to be led, with honesty, integrity and leading by example, this is what I keep in mind in every single step and decision leading whole variety of personalities. Only when your actions and behaviour inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a good leader.

- Crisis Management - replace word “problem” with “challenge”, “impossible” with “opportunity”, “panic” with “calmness”. My experience in this field is to stay focused on the situation, keep overview, be flexible, act promptly but not in rush, provide perspective and manage expectations and solutions wisely.
