Michaela Madová

Michaela has long-term experience from HR and Talent area. She entered the world of human resources management through one of the biggest Czech recruitment agency where she worked her way up from consultant to division manager. Due to her persistence, enthusiasm, negotiation skills and the fact she easily makes contacts, she managed to develop a grand client portfolio and lead the division to excellent results. Then she switched to the client’s part – a corporate company where she used her professional experience, excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the market to help her business partners tp identify other suitable members for their teams and fulfil client’s expectations. Michaela also deals with other sub-projects, such as trainings and workshops, external presentation, panel-speaker. She is a curious person with positive and analytical thinking, whose aim it to always find the most appropriate and effective solution.
