Urmi has over seven years of experience in the field of finance. She holds the title of the CFA charter, one of the most respected designations in finance.
Urmi has accumulated her expertise in compliance by working as a KYC/AML analyst and client support administrator throughout her career.
Since getting her CFA designation, she has been working in portfolio management with high-net-worth clients.

During her free time, she loves volunteering for organizations targeted at women's empowerment and she mentors young talents who want to study finance and pursue a career in this field.

Urmi is also a self-published writer as well as a blogger. On her blog, she writes about lifestyle, travel, career, and language learning. She also has a YouTube channel where she invites guests to talk about the same topics as her blog and she creates solo content about CFA study tips.

She is a big proponent of self-investing and one thing she enjoys doing is being an active member of the Toastmasters club where she practices her public speaking skills.
