Carol Constant

Carol is a Google Ambassador for Women in Tech, TEDx speaker, and TEDx event co-organizer. Carol coaches all the speakers for the event and specializes in mentoring public speaking and startup founders.

Carol is a judge, selecting startups for two US-based accelerators, she is also a startup mentor for several organizations and has an extensive network to guide and help avoid mistakes, for freelancers and first-time startup founders.

Carol lived and worked in 6 countries, on 3 continents, working for some of the big corporate companies. This experience led Carol to found an HR tech to achieve higher employee satisfaction at work.

Her startup WhomLab is a SaaS and web solution using games to build leadership skills profiles. These skills profiles are a powerful tool to match staff to jobs and create more efficient teams to increase employee retention and satisfaction.
