The program takes 6 months and you’ll receive up to 12 hours of mentoring from your mentor. We recommend meeting your mentor for 1 hour once in 2 weeks, but it’s up to you and your mentor how you schedule it.

We accept into the program only people who can set their professional goals and are serious about their professional development. Not sure if you are fit for the program? Schedule consultations with us.

First, you have to fill out an application form. It takes only 2-3 minutes. In the application, you will also define your SMART goals which you want to work on with a mentor. Our Program Manager will review your application and decide if you're a good fit for the program.

If we see that your SMART goals aren't well defined in your application, we'll reach out to you and provide resources to help you set them correctly. If your goals still don't meet the program requirements after you've edited them, we'll suggest that you upgrade to the standard version of the program where you'll set your goals together with our program manager on an onboarding call.

Once you've been admitted to the program, the next step is to submit your payment. You can pay either by card, or receive an invoice and pay via bank transfer.

After your payment is received, after 3 business days you will be redirected to our mentoring platform to sort 3 pre-selected mentors by preference.

When we review your application, we might find that your needs might be better met in a different Femme Palette program, such as our Coaching and Mentoring program or our Coaching program. If this is the case, we'll contact you and suggest you switch to a different program. If, despite our suggestion, you decide to stick with your first choice, we'll provide you with resources and examples of SMART goals to help you out.

After you sort the mentor preferences, we will start contacting the first, second and third mentor, based on their response. We want to make sure that the mentor can help you with your goals, so that’s why we first need confirmation from the mentor. When we receive it, we will match you for a chemistry session. During this session, please discuss your goals and fill out the chemistry session feedback later so that we know if you’re a good fit.

We reserve up to 3 weeks to get you matched with a mentor from the day you shared your mentor preference with us. 

Yes! This is a very personalized program and we work hard at offering you the best mentors for your own particular goals and challenges.

That can happen as well, and we take responsibility for that. That’s why if none of the 3 mentors will be available for you, we’ll contact you and give you a new set of 3 mentors. We’ll continue this process until you get matched. 

You might not like these mentors at first sight, but we’re showing you them for a reason. We have more knowledge about the mentors than what you see in their card, and based on that knowledge we’re suggesting you these mentors. Our rule is that you have to try out a chemistry session with at least one of the mentors. If you don’t like the chemistry session, we’ll then suggest a different mentor to you. If you don’t want to work with the second mentor either, we’ll give you a full refund.

After you submit your preferences, we’ll start contacting the mentors right away. Therefore, you can’t change your preferences later on.

We have 2 payment options. You can either submit your payment upfront (this option is 5% cheaper), or you can split your payment into 3 installments. The installments will be deducted automatically from your card for the first 3 months of the program.

We use Stripe to allow you to pay with a card right away. You can also pay via bank transfer to our bank account. In both cases, you’ll receive an invoice from us. Please read our refund policy here.

You can also pay through SODEXO, Benefit Plus, and Benefity. For this option, please skip the payment and talk to us about this on the call with the program manager. We charge an additional transaction fee of up to 10% for this payment method.

The discounted price is funded through our scholarship fund and is for any individuals who are purchasing the program by themselves. You can also use your learning budget, Benefit plus or Sodexo card for this option. Your name will be on the invoice.

The standard price is for everyone who gets the program covered by their company and needs an invoice with the company details. This is the regular price of the program.

Yes! Full-time undergraduate or graduate students, parents on parental leave, and employees of non-profit organizations get 15% off. If you're eligible for the discount, please select this option when you fill out your program application.

The mentors can choose if they want to be paid or mentor pro-bono. We have a mentor tiering system in place that rewards the mentors who keep mentoring with us. The mentors can earn different benefits, starting with mentor spotlights on our social media to donating their earned reward to our scholarship fund. The experience is also rewarding for the mentors in a different way as we provide them with opportunities to gain mentoring skills, as well as give them access to networking opportunities in the online mentor community.

You can join this program from any location! Our mentors are situated in the major cities, but many of them offer mentoring remotely. In case you are not located in any of these cities, you can only attend your mentoring session online.

You can! Although this program is promoted as a mentoring program for women, we believe that anyone else can also benefit from support and learn from our mentors.

It’s not! Many of our mentors speak Czech. You can select the language of preference in the application form. If you prefer, you can also fill out an application in Czech here.
