Katarina Pepichova

Katarina is an advocate of excellence through simplicity and creativity. In her role of a global creative producer and art buyer, she has won several acclaimed awards by Cannes Lions, LIA awards, AICP, SHOT awards, WPP, Fast Company, The Webby Awards and many more. Before joining Calvin Klein, she was part of the adidas family, Philips and Ogilvy&Mather. She obtained a master degree in Design Thinking at School of Design and Craft in Goteborg, Sweden. And did a one-year course in filmmaking specialising at documentary at University of Amsterdam. As side projects, she's actively participating in changing the gender bias in the advertising industry through organisations such as Girls in Film, Femme Palette and Free The Work.
