From my point of view coaching or facilitation is a creative process. Clients bring a topic and a goal and I help them to extend their minds’ eye how to get to the goal. Sometimes we start with a blank paper, another time with a sketch… I use elements of Gestalt and NLP approaches. In practice it means, we look at the situations from distance, another perspective and wholly.
My clients appreciate I am competent to work with not easy-going topics and I give them enough time to think about themselves. They like my creative techniques and my following drive. When I work with teams, I use the same principles with emphasis on usefulness for the whole team.
