Anna was responsible for the strategic human resources management in AZC, a.s. She has been working in human resources management for more than 15 years. She was at the executive leadership team responsible for the Human Capital agenda in the leading Slovak pharmacy chain Dr.Max.
Anna gained further valuable HR management experience working in various international companies, ranging from recruitment, remuneration, training, and internal communications to change management. After graduating from university, she started her career in HR as a Branch Manager of a Personnel Consulting company.
Anna graduated from the City University of Seattle and Comenius University, the Faculty of Management in Bratislava, majoring in Human Resources Management.
