Biohacking for Women: Modern Tools for More Energy & Better Health
Female longevity is a lifelong, dynamic process, shaped by sex-specific biology, hormonal transitions, and long-term underrepresentation of women in medical research. This talk will highlight why women live longer yet experience more years in poor health, and how understanding female physiological cycles and life stages can improve prevention, clinical decision-making, and healthspan. Special attention will be given to the (peri)menopausal transition as a critical turning point influencing metabolic health, body composition, cardiovascular and bone risk, sleep, and cognition. The talk will translate current evidence into practical strategies for nutrition, physical activity, recovery, and targeted supplementation, emphasizing early preparation rather than late intervention. Overall, the session will argue that effective longevity care for women requires moving beyond a one-size-fits-all model toward sex- and life-phase-specific prevention.

Strong Boundaries, Stronger Wellbeing: How Relationships Shape Our Health
Healthy relationships are not about perfect balance, but about the ongoing search for shared understanding. This session approaches boundaries not as techniques or sets of rules, but as a way of recognizing our own needs and understanding how we relate to others — grounded in personal experience, individual stories, and authenticity. It also explores how boundaries within relationships shape emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, protect mental health, and influence overall relationship satisfaction.Participants are invited to reflect on which relationships support them and which quietly drain them, and on what makes connection feel respectful, safe, and meaningful in their own lives.
