Topics we will cover

During the event we will cover various women's health topics in the formats of panel discussion and expert talks.

Energy, Strength, and Balance: Holistic Approaches to Women’s Health

Feeling energetic, strong, and balanced is more than just a goal - it’s a practice. This panel brings together experts in fitness, sleep, stress management, nutrition, and hormones to explore practical strategies women can use to optimize their health, performance, and well-being. We’ll discuss how to build physical strength, support sleep and recovery, manage stress, fuel the body through proper nutrition, and understand the role of hormones in energy, mood, and performance. The focus is on actionable, evidence-based tips that fit into everyday life - whether you’re balancing work, family, or personal goals.

Speakers: Veronika Glanville Sychra, Karolina Tomaides, TBA

Biohacking for Women: Modern Tools for More Energy & Better Health

Female longevity is a lifelong, dynamic process, shaped by sex-specific biology, hormonal transitions, and long-term underrepresentation of women in medical research. This talk will highlight why women live longer yet experience more years in poor health, and how understanding female physiological cycles and life stages can improve prevention, clinical decision-making, and healthspan. Special attention will be given to the (peri)menopausal transition as a critical turning point influencing metabolic health, body composition, cardiovascular and bone risk, sleep, and cognition. The talk will translate current evidence into practical strategies for nutrition, physical activity, recovery, and targeted supplementation, emphasizing early preparation rather than late intervention. Overall, the session will argue that effective longevity care for women requires moving beyond a one-size-fits-all model toward sex- and life-phase-specific prevention.

Speaker: Tereza Vagnerova, Ph.D.

How to Protect Your Health in the Age of Digital Overload

We are constantly connected - messages, notifications, endless screens, and always-on work culture. But what is the impact of this nonstop digital world on our physical and mental health? In this talk, we will explore how digital overload affects sleep, brain function, hormones, stress levels, relationships, and overall well-being. You’ll walk away with practical, science-based strategies to set boundaries, restore balance, and use technology more intentionally - instead of letting it control you.

Speaker: Michaela Lunackova

Strong Boundaries, Stronger Wellbeing: How Relationships Shape Our Health

Healthy relationships are not about perfect balance, but about the ongoing search for shared understanding. This session approaches boundaries not as techniques or sets of rules, but as a way of recognizing our own needs and understanding how we relate to others — grounded in personal experience, individual stories, and authenticity. It also explores how boundaries within relationships shape emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, protect mental health, and influence overall relationship satisfaction.Participants are invited to reflect on which relationships support them and which quietly drain them, and on what makes connection feel respectful, safe, and meaningful in their own lives.

Speaker: Michala Rosinova

Stress, Performance, and the Female Body: What supplementation can and can’t do

Women’s energy and performance fluctuate across the menstrual cycle, reflecting changes in hormone levels and physiological responses to stress. This session explores why women often react differently to stress than men, why typical energy-boosting products may fall short, and what stress really does to the body - from physical effects to the role of key micronutrients. We’ll also briefly cover essential vitamins, minerals, and adaptogens, helping you understand what supplementation can realistically do to support female health and performance. Expect practical insights, relatable examples, and clear takeaways you can apply to your own wellbeing.
