  • (Career) Development mentoring program
    Everyone has different needs and career challenges. We'll match your team members with the right expert for their exact needs. Our mentors have been helping our mentees in the following areas: skills building, self-confidence, imposter syndrome, communication, presentation and public speaking skill, career growth, figuring out the direction of your career or work-life balance.
  • Women mentoring program
    In this program our mentors help women with their career development and any career challenges they have. This program is a great additional career development benefit for members of the women's ERG, or for companies who wants to support women and help them grow.
  • Leadership mentoring program
    We connect your team members with experienced managers who will give guidance on leadership challenges and share their experience. This program is great for first-time managers, as well as managers who wants to work on their leadership skills. We also offer various leadership workshops for this program.

How the Mentoring program for companies works

In this structured 6 months program, we'll match your team members with the right expert for their exact career needs for 1:1 career mentoring.

  • 1:1 Mentorship and support
    Your colleagues will get up to 12 hours with a mentor who has 5+ years of experience. Our team supports the mentees and mentors throughout the whole mentoring journey to ensure the satisfaction with the program.
  • Mentoring Platform
    Your colleagues will get access to the Mentoring Platform where they'll be able to track their progress, write  notes, rate the sessions and more!
  • Networking, Community and Resources
    All participants of the program will get a free access to our community, networking opportunities, invites to our events, and a library of educational resources and webinars.
  • How to be a good mentee workshop
    To kick off the program, we'll organize a workshop for the group to learn how to work with the mentor, what questions to ask, and how to get the most out of the mentoring experience.
  • Reporting in your Client platform
    You'll receive access to the Client platform where you can track how your employees are progressing in the program and how they are improving their skills thanks to mentoring.
  • Possible add-ons
    For extra price, we can offer group workshop (online or in-person) on leadership or development topics, or professional 1:1 coaching.

In our mentoring program, we're open to help anyone with any of their career challenges. That's why you'll find mentees with different career challenges, backgrounds and areas of focus in our program. What connects all the mentees is that they have a growth mindset, and ambition and motivation to grow.

Our mentor community is diverse. We have over 1,000 mentors from different countries, backgrounds and various genders. They all want to help someone and give back to the community.

Who are the mentors
Mentors who work with us on a volunteering basis
Our best-rated or more experienced mentors who work with us on a paid basis (or non monetary compensation). These mentors can also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before working with company mentees if needed.

Level of support
Support for mentees individually from a Program Manager only
Client is given their own Account Manager to deal with on a company level, as well as individual mentee support. Account Manager informs the client about the progress of the mentees on regular basis.
Training and resources
Available as offline training materials in the mentoring platform
Live online workshop exclusively for a closed group of mentees from your company, facilitated by your Account Manager. Participants have the option to ask questions during the event. Additionally, the event is recorded and available for future use.
