How our Mentoring program works

Everyone has different needs and career challenges. In this 6 months program, we'll match the members of the women's ERG with the right expert for their exact career needs.

  • 1:1 Mentorship
    Your colleagues will get up to 12 hours with a mentor who has 5+ years of experience. Their mentor will provide them with guidance on how to grow in their roles and will help them navigate their challenges.
  • Mentoring Platform
    Your colleagues will get access to the Mentoring Platform where they'll be able to track progress, write  notes, rate sessions and more!
  • How to be a good mentee workshop
    We'll organize a workshop for the group to learn how to work with the mentor, what questions to ask, etc..
  • Reporting
    You'll receive reports about how the mentees are progressing in the program and how they are improving their skills thanks to mentoring.
  • Bonus
    If you are not sure if people would be interested in having a mentor, we can organize a free Mentoring 101 workshop to explain to them how mentoring works, and through self-reflection help them decide if mentoring is the right for them.
