Bisha is a Management Consultant with over 14 years of experience, specialising in organisation transformation. She has deepened her experience across large-scale programme management, end-to-end delivery as well as portfolio and project mobilisation. She has led numerous teams and engaged c-suites across both strategic technology and non-technology changes. She has worked across a breadth of industries including Retail, Professional services, Government and Charities.

Bisha's passion is to help grow the next generation of leaders and to help support female talent.

She has coached dozens of consultants over the years and is an advocate mentor to many female consultants. Bisha balances a full-time consulting career while fulfilling her second full-time role as a mother to her 3 children.
