Jana Tikalova

Jana's passion is diversity and inclusion, advising companies in building long term sustainable strategies to bring diversity and inclusion into force and as part of the company culture. In hand with that Jana is providing consultancy, mentoring and trainings.
In her early 20th she has founded a non-profit organisation OPIM offering programs for mitigating biases and job platform diversitytalentpool.cz

Over the last 17 years Jana has (co)organised and (co)developed numerous national and international trainings with very diverse teams and for a very diverse audience. She was working in two multinational companies in HR and Training positions.

Jana graduated from social and cultural anthropology in the UK. She loves far destinations backpacking, especially with her own family and daughter since her 1st birthday.
