Lucie Mairychová

Lucie serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Czechitas, a non-profit organization focused on supporting and educating women in the IT field. In this role, she leads and supports teams responsible for People & Culture, Finance, Product, Delivery & Regions, IT & Data. She oversees not only the smooth operation of the organization but also the strategy for the current and upcoming years.

Before her current role, Lucie was Head of Product & Operations, where she had strategic responsibility for planning and producing Czechitas courses. She led regional branch managers to achieve set goals and actively contributed to creating the organization-wide strategy.

As a co-founder of Kariérko.cz, Lucie stands behind the career online platform that introduces diverse career paths of people from various fields and locations through motivational videos. Kariérko.cz provides structured information about the job market, studies, and development opportunities and connects students with organizations. This platform serves as inspiration and a guide for those seeking their path in the professional world.

In the past, Lucie also engaged as a project manager in the "Samsung Your Chance" project. This intensive development program was aimed at high school and university students in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, preparing them for the changing job market through skills.
