Michaela Kociánová

I spent a total of 22 years in the energy industry, specifically in the areas of contractual relations, connections, measurements and administration of recorded data. I worked in leadership positions for 12 years, of which I spent 4 years directing a business unit of approximately 1500 people and, as a board member, being responsible for running a company with almost 5000 employees. During this long journey I emphasized building high-quality customer service and worked continuously with the most important asset of every company - its employees - on increasing motivation, managing crises as a mediator, being a mentor for many years, and recently also a coach.

I can offer my valuable experience as a leader, give advice on how to work with people in specific situations, as well as build a safe space between a mentor and mentee for approaching a wide range of scenarios. I use elements of coaching in my mentoring practice to maximize the effect. I myself have gone through a large transformation, and decided voluntarily to depart from the world of “big bosses” to focus on educating managers and leaders.

I work as a Transformational Coach with changes/transformations of the coachee, their overall approach to values, identity and life purpose. I adhere to the EMCC and ICF Codes of Ethics.
