I graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. I have more than 13 years of professional experience within EY. For the last five years, I have been the recruitment team leader, responsible for the hiring process and our Employer branding strategy.I also deliver specific soft skills training courses focusing on counselor competencies.During my whole career, I have realized that, whatever your role, effective communication skills are absolutely crucial to success. Improving these skills is an integral part of all my coaching/menotring conversations.I am a mom of two daughters. I love learning about different ways of thinking and understanding things that happen to me/us. I am very grateful for who I am and where I am in life, and I try to enjoy every moment of it.
