My passion is helping people and I have accumulated years of experience in the area of coaching and training people in order to guide them towards reaching their personal and professional goals. My expertise is mostly in personal coaching (finding purpose, adapting to change, relating to people, goal-setting, etc.) but have also had experience in professional/business coaching.
