The program takes 3 months and you’ll receive up to 6 hours of mentoring from your mentor. We recommend meeting your mentor for 1 hour once in 2 weeks, but it’s up to you and your mentor how you schedule it.

We accept into the program only people who can set their professional goals and are serious about their professional development. Not sure if you are fit for the program? Schedule consultations with us.

First, you have to fill out an application form. It takes only 2-3 minutes. In the application, you have to schedule an interview with our Program Manager. You'll receive a calendar invite for this call via Calendly. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact us at mentoring@femmepalette.com.

The next step is to submit your payment. You can pay either by card, or receive an invoice and pay via bank transfer. If for some reason you can't pay right away, you can skip this step and pay after the interview with the Program Manager.

During the interview with the Program Manager you will discuss your career challenges, goals for mentoring and your ideal mentor profile.

When your payment is finalized, we will start looking for mentor for you!

Yes! This is a very personalized program and we work hard at finding the best mentor for your own particular goals and challenges.

We’re excepting applications to the program by the first day of every month. After we receive your payment, we reserve up to 3 weeks to find a mentor for you. In many cases, you’ll get matched with your mentor within a week from when we received your payment.

When we match mentees with mentors, we are aware of the goals that you have filled into the application. We, then, discuss your application with your potential mentor to see if they think you are a good fit for them and if they can help you with your goals.

We take into account your request for a mentor when you fill in the application. Although you can’t select a specific mentor, we make sure that we match you with the best possible mentor for your goals.

After you meet your mentor for the first time, you can let us know if you think that the mentor is not a good fit for you and request a rematch. The mentor can do the same.

We have 2 payment options. You can either submit your payment upfront (this option is 5% cheaper), or you can split your payment into 3 installments. The installments will be deducted automatically from your card for the first 3 months of the program.

We use Stripe to allow you to pay with a card right away. You can also pay via bank transfer to our bank account. In both cases, you’ll receive an invoice from us. Please read our refund policy here.

You can also pay through SODEXO, Benefit Plus, and Benefity. For this option, please skip the payment and talk to us about this on the call with the program manager. We charge an additional transaction fee of up to 10% for this payment method.

The discounted price is funded through our scholarship fund and is for any individuals who are purchasing the program by themselves. You can also use your learning budget, Benefit plus or Sodexo card for this option. Your name will be on the invoice.

The standard price is for everyone who gets the program covered by their company and needs an invoice with the company details. This is the regular price of the program.

Yes! Full-time undergraduate or graduate students, parents on parental leave, and employees of non-profit organizations get 25% off. If you're eligible for the discount, please select this option when you fill out your program application.

The mentors can choose if they want to be paid or mentor pro-bono. We have a mentor tiering system in place that rewards the mentors who keep mentoring with us. The mentors can earn different benefits, starting with mentor spotlights on our social media to donating their earned reward to our scholarship fund. The experience is also rewarding for the mentors in a different way as we provide them with opportunities to gain mentoring skills, as well as give them access to networking opportunities in the online mentor community.

You can join this program from any location! Our mentors are situated in the major cities, but many of them offer mentoring remotely. In case you are not located in any of these cities, you can only attend your mentoring session online.

You can! Although this program is promoted as a mentoring program for women, we believe that anyone else can also benefit from support and learn from our mentors.

It’s not! Many of our mentors speak Czech. You can select the language of preference in the application form. If you prefer, you can also fill out an application in Czech here.
