Also I can bring global experience from working in L&D Institute in Japan. My strengths are: solid know how of employees development life cycle from creation of L&D strategies, development of competency models, capability Gap analysis, proposing, designing and realization of learning paths, its evaluation and improvements. The other know-how is related to HR systems as Performance / Competency appraisal, Promotion, Rotation, Succession Planning, Talent management.
