Hiring for a Community Manager Internship
Time commitment: 10 hours/week, 4 months
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetups in Prague)

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Community Manager Intern to join us at Femme Palette! This 4-month, part-time internship (10 hours/week) is a great opportunity to learn what it takes to grow and engage a thriving community of over 5,000 members across Europe. You’ll get hands-on experience in community building and receive guidance and mentorship throughout your journey.
About Femme Palette
At Femme Palette, we empower individuals and companies through personalized mentoring and career development programs. Since launching, we’ve matched over 1,700 mentees with mentors and built a global community of 1,200+ mentors. Our team is remote-first, with a strong focus on building communities in Prague, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Barcelona and organizing events for the community there.
What You’ll Do
- Community Engagement: Interact with our community on Slack and WhatsApp, and develop creative, engaging initiatives to keep conversations active and meaningful.
- Community Growth: Contribute to strategies and activities that increase member sign-ups.
- Content Collaboration: Actively look for contributors from our community to write for the Femme Palette blog and help share their stories and expertise.
- Events: Support our monthly community events in Prague
About You
- You're a student or early-career professional interested in community building or marketing.
- You have strong written English and feel confident communicating online.
- You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to test new ideas, gather feedback, and iterate.
- You’re growth-minded, solution-oriented, and excited to take initiative and contribute ideas.
