During the main part of the conference, you will hear from various speakers and experts. The program combines 2 panel discussions and 8 talks.

What does the path to the top levels of leadership look like, and what does the role of an executive truly entail?

What goes on behind the scenes of executive leadership? How does corporate hierarchy function? Who exactly is an “Executive”? And why does it sometimes seem like the CEO “does nothing”? In her talk, Šárka Heyna Fuchsová will openly address these questions and share her personal perspective. Drawing from her own experience, she will highlight the key traits and skills women need to succeed in traditionally male-dominated industries. She will also emphasise the importance of remaining authentic while navigating environments where biases still persist. She will briefly touch on the example of a Danish government initiative that has been actively promoting women in leadership for several years - yet the results remain limited. Why? Culture, mindset, and the broader attitude towards work and life all play a role.
