Who are our members

Our community is vibrant and diverse, bringing together women from different cultures, nationalities, and professional backgrounds.

Our members work across a wide range of industries, from HR and marketing to design and tech, in startups, established corporations, and as freelancers and entrepreneurs building their own ventures.

While we welcome women of all ages, the majority of our community is between 25 and 35 years old.

FAQs

How many in-person events do you organize and how often?

This depends on our local city ambassador who is responsible for organizing events in your location. It's safe to say though that you can look forward to several informal meet ups, networking events, and educational events with speakers throughout the year.

Do I have to pay to attend your events?

Most of our smaller, informal events, such as community meetups, are free to attend or have a small participation fee. For larger events with a structured program, workshops, or speakers, we typically charge an admission fee. The event invitation will always clearly state whether the event is free or paid.

Do I have to be a community member to join your mentoring programs?

Our programs are open to anyone to join, not just for members. In fact, if you join one of our programs without previously having been a member, you'll automatically receive access to member perks for the duration of the program (invitations to events, access to our Slack channel, resources, and more).

Where do I have to be located to become a community member?

Our community is global - you can join us from anywhere in the world! However, we advise that you join via your local chapter page (if available) so that you can receive tailored invitations to events in your location.

I don't identify as a woman. Can I still join the community?

Yes, absolutely! Although the focus of our community is empowering women in their careers, anyone who shares our values and wants to network in a safe space is welcome to join.
