🤝 As a Senior Product Designer at Microsoft, I'm helping the Tech for Social Impact team support 300,000+ nonprofit companies around the world.

📊 At Wrike, I was responsible for co-creating a new and delightful analytics and reporting experience for both enterprise and SMB customers.

🤗 Being a huge Operations enthusiast, I also supported product design onboarding, hiring, and promo. I rebuilt our onboarding template, updated our knowledge library, and reintroduced an improved buddy program. As a result, newcomer satisfaction and productivity rose from the original 30% to 95% and 80%, respectively.

🛡️ As a Senior UX Designer at Avast, I was helping protect 2.6+ million people by designing great experiences for their 3 VPN apps.

🐜 Previously, I spent 5 years in Digital Ant, working with startups and large companies’ innovation hubs on developing exciting new products.

🚗 I spent some time as a researcher working for companies like Česká Spořitelna, Sazka, and Škoda Auto. I was also a Lead Designer for Rada Building, a startup that focused on developing and designing smart, scalable, and green IoT buildings.
