Things in work often look like process problems but are actually people, clarity, or communication challenges.

I work at the intersection of supply chain, process thinking, and people-centered change. With 15 years in supply chain & operations, I understand how complex systems run and where they get stuck.

Alongside this, I’m trained in systemic coaching, mediation, and facilitation. This shapes how I mentor: structured, but also human. I look at how work flows, how decisions happen, and how people experience it.

I support mentees in finding clarity, confidence, and their own way of working; especially in fast or unclear environments. I bring both operational insight and reflective space.

For me, mentoring means helping you see your options, trust your perspective, and move in a way that fits you.
