I’m a certified coach, mentor, and the founder of my own coaching and training practice, built after a decade of experience leading recruitment teams, designing HR strategies, and navigating the chaos of startup and tech environments across Europe.

Before stepping fully into entrepreneurship, I worked as a Talent Partner and recruitment leader in fast-growing companies, managing people, processes, and complexity. I know what it means to deliver under pressure and what it costs. I’ve survived two burnouts, moved to another country, and had to rebuild not just my career, but my inner architecture, driven by traumas and emotional deregulation.

That’s why my work today is about deep transformation. I help high-functioning professionals, the ones who look composed on the outside but feel stuck or disconnected inside, shift from emotional reactivity and self-doubt to clarity, courage, and conscious strategy.

I combine neuroscience, REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy), and real-life recruitment expertise to create powerful results: from job search strategies that actually work, to confident self-presentation, to emotional rewiring and communication without burnout.

Whether I’m coaching or mentoring individuals or training HR teams, I bring depth, directness, and grounded compassion. My goal is to help people stop just surviving and start leading from within.
