Alisa Sarajkina

I bring over 15 years of experience in international companies and cultures (from Japanese to Swedish), with the past decade spent at IKEA.

My background includes international trade, automotive supply, factory production, business development, and retail sales. As well as building my own self-employment practice as a business coach while working in the corporate world.

I’ve successfully transitioned careers three times, which allows me to mentor professionals in career transitions, leadership development, intercultural communication, and navigating complex corporate environments.

I help women become confident and inspiring leaders, and maintain healthy performance and work–life balance. I have a passion for performance leadership and business development.

As an ACC ICF-certified coach, I also support women in exploring how to build their own side hustle or business alongside a 9–5 job, or how to prepare for a full transition to self-employment.
