Catherina Terrazzano

I'm a curious operations/startup generalist who enjoys solving problems and helping individuals live out fulfilling stories. I've worked at startups ranging from pre-seed to Series B across education, mental healthcare, and home financing. I've held roles in Customer Success, People Operations, Business Operations (including Chief of Staff), Growth, and Product. I'm currently the Director of Product at Homeward, a real estate start-up.

Outside of work, I enjoy anything active outdoors. You can find me on my bike, exploring a hike, or trying a new activity. I also love to travel - I was born and grew up in Germany! My daughter was born in April 2026, and in June 2026, we relocated to Athens, Georgia after more than a decade in San Francisco.
