Christena Jethwa

Christena is a former Head of Engineering at commercetools and former Senior Director of Engineering at Hotjar with over 25 years of experience delivering technology solutions for industry leaders. She's passionate about building highly-engaged teams and developing the next generation of technology leaders. Over the course of her career, she held various engineering and product roles across the financial services, marketing, retail, education, and defense industries. She loves traveling, animals, music, food, and art. A native of the United States, she currently lives in Berlin with her husband.
