Dagmar Pechová

I am an avid business and life coach with over 700+ hours of coaching experience. I hold a number of certifications, for systemic and team coaching, social mapping, motivational maps and more. I am a natural leader, I have been in managerial positions in finance, HR, start-up for more than 20 years.

I have been working as a coach since 2012, for many years in ČEZ Group as an internal coach. In addition, I have completed my psychology education at PVŠPS and completed five years of psychotherapeutic training in Dasainsanalysis. Over time, coaching and psychotherapeutic consultancy became my main job.

Many of my clients face challenges such as boreout, burnout, mobbing, bossing, career drift, ineffective time management, decision paralysis or personal transformation. As a life coach, my main focus is on helping you overcome stress and help you find balance between personal and professional life and working on increasing your motivation.

I am offering a thorough open conversation in which we dive into topics you suggest. I will help you sort your thoughts and ask questions that will lead to a change in thinking. I will always try to look at a given topic from all different angles. My personal coaching style is based on mutual trust, listening and empathetic understanding of your issues.
