Based in France and working globally, I am a multilingual professional specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advisory for executive leaders. I also serve as a Lecturer and Speaker on Inclusive Leadership, Intercultural Thinking, Unconscious Bias, REmpowerment in both corporate and business school settings.

As an international community builder and changemaker, I have spent the past decade mentoring over 100 leaders in their career development and training more than 5,000 individuals worldwide on topics such as unconscious bias, intercultural competence, inclusive leadership, and repowerment.

I firmly believe that mentorship should be accessible to everyone—and that we all have the capacity to mentor, regardless of our level of experience.
