My story carry the weight of colonization through my mixed heritage with Brazilian Portuguese colonizers who brutalized indigenous Kaiowa Guarani in the land of Peruja, African people and Italian roots (that I can tell you more when we meet).
Based in France, but acting globally, I am a multilingual professional specialised in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory for Executive Level, a Lecturer & Speaker in Inclusive Leadership, Intercultural Thinking, Unconscious Bias in Companies & Business School.
I am also an international community builder and changemaker.
Since September 2019 I have trained and impacted over 5000 individuals in the subject of unconscious bias and inclusive leadership around the globe. I strongly believe mentorship should be accessible to everyone. We all can be mentors at our own level of expertise!
