Daria was working mostly in fast-paced, high-demand multicultural environments. Daria has led one to two engineering teams (6-8 people) and navigated reorgs, company changes, and cross-country moves.
Daria is passionate about supporting women in tech, was running communities and internal programs. With 2 years of coaching experience and training from ICA, Daria enjoys supporting tech leads, new and mid-career managers, engineers transitioning into leadership, and engineers navigating demanding environments or career growth.
