Denisa Kubová

Denisa´s journey within the PPF Group began at Air Bank, where she was responsible for the Employer Branding of this "love brand".
Currently, she works at TV Nova as a senior HR professional, overseeing the development and training of colleagues. She leads the strategic development project CME Content Academy, which nurtures young talent for CME Group's television stations. She also manages and develops other specific talent programs, such as the Nova News Academy and the Internship Program, alongside projects aimed at attracting top talent in the job market. At TV Nova, she has established several employer branding initiatives, including the Nova Brand Ambassador Program.
In her current practice, she draws on 20 years of experience across the financial sector, education, and media.
Her previous roles include Sales Director, business founder, rhetoric coach, and press spokesperson.
At the very beginning of her career, she also worked in artistic roles.
