As an experienced HR manager who’s worked in IT, consultancy, business & financial services, I combine my strengths shown across industries with my proven skills in leading multinational teams in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Graduating from Cornell University in the US and beginning my HR career at Accenture, I joined Home Credit International in 2017 to lead its Talent Acquisition & Talent Management team globally. During my tenure in this position, I set talent acquisition strategy, management and processes, drove strategic workforce planning for Home Credit’s operations worldwide.
In 2021 I became a Chief People Officer at EmbedIT, where I was taking care of IT professionals to build a culture of trust, empathetic leadership, Diversity & Inclusion in an IT domain
In 2023 I have joined Solek Group specializes in renewable and sustainable energy for a Global Chief People Officer role overseeing LATAM and EU.
