As an accomplished HR manager with experience in IT, consultancy, business, medical, financial services & energetic sector I leverage my cross-industry expertise to lead multinational teams across US, Europe, Asia, the Middle East.
After graduating from Cornell University and spending 11y in Accenture, I joined Home Credit International in 2017 to head the Global TA & Talent Management. implemented TA strategies, management processes, strategic workforce planning for the worldwide operations.
In 2021, I advanced to the position of CPO at EmbedIT, where I focused on fostering a culture of trust, empathetic leadership, Diversity & Inclusion within the IT sector.
In 2023, I became the Global CPO at Solek Group, specializing in renewable and sustainable energy, overseeing operations in LATAM and the EU.
Currently, I am with FutureLife, one of the largest and fastest-growing assisted reproductive technology providers globally, leading HR in 59 clinics across Europe, I´m also a working mum.
