My focus spans organizational design and workforce planning, talent management and succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and DEIB - combined with a strong track record leading the people and organizational dimensions of business transformation, including M&A integration and company separation.

I have supported the people workstream for five business acquisitions, led global talent processes including a succession planning HRIS implementation, and led global Pay Transparency programs across North America and the EU.
