My career has spanned finance, venture capital, international development, social enterprise and high-growth startups, but the common thread has always been people: how we make decisions, navigate change and recognise the value we bring.

I bring both the technical and human sides of that experience to mentoring. I enjoy helping people make sense of complex business and finance topics, explore careers in venture, develop as leaders and navigate periods of professional change.

I recently completed my studies in Psychology and am now beginning a Master's in Psychotherapy, deepening my interest in behaviour, relationships and what helps people grow.

My mentoring style is practical, curious and very human — expect questions, frameworks, honest conversations and probably some homework!

Outside work and study, you'll usually find me outdoors, wellies on, enjoying life on the farm.
