Emma Lamers

With 8+ years of People Partnering experience and a Master’s in Occupational Psychology, I’ve had the opportunity to coach and mentor a wide range of individuals, from early-career professionals and first-time managers to senior executives and C-level leaders.

I built my own career: starting in HR operations, growing into a generalist role, and moving into leadership as a People Partner. Along the way, I relocated to Germany, expanding my international perspective and adaptability. Currently, as Senior Manager - People Partner, I support the Group CFO and Group General Counsel, leading people strategies with a focus on performance, engagement, and sustainable growth.

As a mentor, I am passionate about helping (not only) women in developing core leadership skills such as empathy, active listening, and self-reflection, and supporting them in taking intentional steps in their careers - increasing their visibility, building confidence, or advocating for their own growth.
