Hi, I’m Giorgio. I’m a senior procurement and operations leader with 20+ years of experience in multinational life-science, FMCG, and industrial companies.

Throughout my career, I’ve led international teams, complex negotiations, post-acquisition integrations, and transformation programs across different countries and business environments. What I’ve enjoyed most is helping people grow: building confidence, creating clarity, and supporting others as they navigate change, leadership challenges, and career transitions.

As an EMCC-qualified mentor, I offer a warm, practical, and reflective space where mentees can explore their goals, strengths, doubts, and next steps. My style is based on active listening, honest conversation, and a holistic view of personal and professional growth.
