Giulia is originally from Italy and has been working in the HR space for nearly 10 years, with the past six spent in Germany. She has gained experience across various industries—including consulting, pharma, and tech—and at different company stages, from large corporates to startups and scale-ups. These experiences have given her deep insights into a wide range of HR processes, which she’s now passionate about using to support individuals, not just organizations.
