Hanna Klimchuk

I am a Senior Software Engineer with 10 years of experience in backend development with .NET and Azure. I worked in both outsourcing and product companies, including EPAM Systems, Dentsu, Travix, Bookchoice and Suitsupply.

My international background includes living and working in Belarus, Cyprus and the Netherlands. All my relocations were connected with successful job interviews, so I know the process of changing jobs and countries not only from theory.

I am also an ACC ICF certified coach with 150 hours of individual client work. It helps me bring more structure, empathy and deeper listening into mentoring.

As a mentor, I can support with career growth, interviews, confidence, job change, life in IT and building a fulfilling life in a new country. My main focus is helping people grow professionally while also creating a life with more stability, curiosity and enjoyment.
