Helin Sarkisova joined Spotify in 2020 as the UK Growth Account Manager for self-serve advertising at Spotify. Her work revolves around growing & maximizing the SMB advertising presence in the UK through various client partnerships. Prior to Spotify, Helin spent 4 years at LinkedIn in 3 different roles, where she consulted businesses in the Nordics as well as in the UK on their hiring, learning, marketing & selling strategies.
Prior to LinkedIn, Helin graduated with a bachelor in Psychology from Uppsala University, led the international student association AIESEC and spent 6 months in New York, working in recruitment.
Lately, Helin has been working on and launched a Spotify collaboration project with the charity organisation "Do It Now Now". The project is called "The Spotify Podcast Club" and has the aim to connect young, black, underprivileged creatives with ambitious people at Spotify through monthly themed podcast discussions.
Helin is incredibly passionate about people development and helping individuals get to their best selves and she applies that concept happily in both her mentoring at Femme Palette and in her own work & personal life as well.
