I’m a leadership mentor and coach with 20+ years in leadership, marketing and customer experience. I support leaders and teams to grow with clarity, courage and connection, grounded in the belief that when people feel seen and supported, they lead with greater purpose.

After two decades in senior corporate roles, I moved into coaching, supervision and mentoring. I understand navigating change, redefining identity and leading through complexity, and bring a practical, honest and deeply human approach.

I hold PCC, ACTC, ORSCC and CPCC certifications and work globally with individuals, teams and organizations. My international background gives me insight into cross-cultural communication and systems. I work in English, German and Bulgarian, bringing energy, curiosity and presence to every engagement.
