My journey originates from a distinguished legal background, having thrived at one of Europe's leading law firms, Linklaters. Subsequently, I ventured into partnership at Pierstone, a boutique law firm, before gracefully transitioning into my current role as a performance coach.

With a rich tapestry of experiences spanning 23+ years across vibrant cultures in the Czech Republic, USA, Nigeria, Germany, Japan, Australia, Malaysia, and China, my career has been a harmonious blend of cross-cultural wisdom and precision from the legal realm. I stand as an ICF-certified coach with credentials that include specialized training in "Leading and Coaching Across Cultures." Furthermore, I hold the distinction of being a certified executive coach by the Marshall Goldsmith Coaching Institute, extending my expertise to both individuals and teams.
