Throughout my career I have been working in demanding leadership roles while learning how to balance work ambitions with family life. I don’t believe women need to “do it all perfectly” — sometimes we simply manage and survive, and that is okay. I believe the biggest difference comes from support, openness and women helping other women navigate career and life priorities.
