Kamila má 12 let zkušeností z veřejné správy, IT společností a neziskového sektoru. Většinu své dosavadní kariéry se věnuje zvyšování bezpečnosti online platforem. Působila v oblasti online bezpečnosti ve společnostech TikTok a Meta a aktuálně pracuje v Coimisiún na Meán, regulátorovi mediálního sektoru v Irsku. Ve své roli se zaměřuje na dohled nad online platformami (jako jsou například YouTube, Facebook nebo Instagram) a jejich soulad s evropskou legislativou Digital Services Act a irským kodexem Online Safety Code a ochranou dětí online.
Dříve pracovala v marketingu nebo projektovem managementu ve společnostech Unilever, GoodData a Aspen Institute. Je absolventkou magisterského studia Mezinárodní politika a diplomacie na VŠE v Praze a oboru Southeast Asian Studies na University of Malaya v Kuala Lumpuru.
