As a member of the top management, I lead our global People & Culture strategy across offices in London, Prague, Gurgaon, and Zurich. My focus is on building strong, scalable people practices that support business growth while staying grounded in our values and culture.
I work closely with founders and senior leaders to shape an environment where people can thrive, grow, and contribute at their best.
On local level, in Prague, I am responsible for setting up and leading the HR and Operations function for our Prague hub, a home to a growing team of Data Engineers, AI/Data Scientists, and technical experts. I help ensure we have the right foundations in place to support people, performance, and collaboration.
Before joining Galytix I worked for IT company GuideVision and McKinsey & Company.
