Katerina Zapletalová

I graduated from Charles University in Prague, majoring in Sports and English. My career began in multinational companies in sales and marketing, but at 42 I shifted paths, studied interior design, and founded Designum Gallery. Since 2016 I have been co-owner—and until February 2025 a board member—of Moser glass manufactory. I am also the founder of Nadační fond Flaminia, focused on mental health of young people, where in 2025 we launched the initiative To chce odvahu.
For more than 10 years, I have been on a journey of self-discovery, exploring psychotherapy, body-oriented methods, and psychedelic experiences. The Soulcraft approach has been most transformative, while Vedic meditation has been my daily practice for a decade.
My diverse background in business, design, leadership, and philanthropy, together with deep personal development experience, allows me to support others in both professional and personal growth.
