Before becoming a coach, I spent years leading teams at the intersection of brand, marketing, and creative. Fast-paced, high-pressure environments that required both vision and sensitivity. As an HSP myself, I know the challenges of thriving in such spaces and the power of developing strategies that work with your sensitivity, not against it.
